Who, How and Why She Coaches
While she began formal certification as a coach in 2016, Suguna has been mentoring and acting in a coach capacity for over two decades in the corporate environment to senior executives in her organization, as well as in a specific role for team leaders of Nokia Internal Sourcing in Asia Pacific in 2006.
Today, Suguna is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), awarded by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC), a world-acclaimed professional coach training organization certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is certified in The Essentials of Cognitive behaviour Therapy(CBT); and CBT for Anxiety from the global leader in CBT, the BECK Institute.
She works within an empowering and collaborative process that utilizes a suite of holistic approaches including positive psychology, neurolinguistics, cognitive behaviour therapy, social behaviorial science and management theory and tools.
She harnesses IPEC’s core energy leadership coaching principles as well as her deep interest in and practice of high-consciousness living and the empowering discoveries of neuroscience and neuroplasticity.
By engaging practical, strength-based, results-oriented strategies and tools, alongside empathetic, deep listening and intuition, she helps individuals gain clarity, uncover empowering choices, and partner them to catalyse change, make that quantum leap towards exponential growth and ultimately, live an authentic, wish-fulfilled life.
